When big corporations cheat Nebraskans, raise prices illegally, hide fees, or scam our seniors, the AG must take a stand and fight back.
This role is more important than ever because federal, independent consumer watchdog agencies are being scaled back. That role then shifts to state attorneys general. Jocelyn is prepared to lead on day one and make the AG’s office Nebraska’s independent consumer watchdog; and will hold corporations accountable that engage in illegal price gouging, antitrust violations, and monopolistic practices that increase costs for Nebraska families.
