The Attorney General’s Office should set the standard for law enforcement in Nebraska. Jocelyn believes in supporting law enforcement with the training, resources, and legal guidance they need, while upholding professionalism, accountability, and public trust. Strong law enforcement and fair enforcement go hand in hand, and Nebraska deserves both!
Jocelyn is committed to keeping Nebraska’s children safe; and will prioritize protections for children. As Attorney General, she will establish a task force focused on combating online crimes against children.
Jocelyn believes in strong border security, safe communities, and the Constitution. As Attorney General, she will work to ensure immigration enforcement in Nebraska complies with constitutional requirements and due process.
As Attorney General, Jocelyn will fight to combat the opioid crisis that continues to plague Nebraska communities.
